If Casey's Creations arts and Photography did not provide you with a satisfactory experience you could be entitled to either a refund , or a re-shoot at your convenience.

No personal information obtained from clients will be given or used by anyone with out clients full permission.

A Model Release form will be sighed by all persons photographed giving Casey's Creations Arts and Photography full permission to use photographs for business purposes (no personal info. will be associated with photographs unless otherwise discussed). If for any reason Client wishes not to have these photographs viewed by public Casey's Creations will be happy to oblige this request.

Casey's Creations is Fully Registered with The Maine State Revenue Service as a Retailer of Photography Services

All Certificates will be available for inspection upon meeting with Casey Tanner for appointments and Inquiries.

Copies of any paperwork/contracts can be obtained by emailing Casey's Tanner at CaseysCreations@live.com

Under no circumstance without full written permission from myself is anyone to duplicate in anyway any of my work posted here or purchased by others.
